 In 1996 community members with a common vision created a program to bring the enjoyment of riding horses to those with special needs.
The board members of the Therapeutic Riding Association of Cumberland County oversee the program activities and goals. They are responsible to ensure the program can continue to provide recreational riding to special needs riders.
