Mr. Joe Gaskin
 Joseph Gaskin is the purchasing manager at RF Central. He is also is a current TRACC board member and member of the Bureau Director's Advisory Panel on Least Restrictive Environment. He is also a past board member of CPARC and other non-profit organizations. Joe holds a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Dickinson College. Joe is married to Karen. Their youngest daughter, Lydia is a TRACC rider.
